Terms and Conditions – Seattle Black Limo Service
Rates and Reservations: Rates vary by date, occasion, and availability. Contact us for a quote. No deposit needed with a valid, ID-verified credit card. Cards are verified before departure and charged after service. Third-party cards require written owner approval. Extra fees (e.g., wait time, overtime, gratuity, fuel surcharge) apply.
Payments and Cancellations: Full payment due one week prior. Cancellations within 7 days incur full charges; no cancellations on Saturdays or major holidays. 20% gratuity + taxes added.
Vehicle and Conduct: Customers are liable for damage caused by passengers. Smoking ($100 fee) and vomiting ($300 fee) are prohibited. Sunroof use while moving is banned; for minors, sunroofs are locked, and a parent’s contact is required. No alcohol for those under 21; drug use terminates the trip with full charges.
Damages: $250 minimum damage fee + repair costs and $250/day downtime. We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.
Service: We may substitute vehicles with same or larger size. Not liable for delays due to traffic or acts of God; lost time added at the end. Overtime subject to availability with a 15-minute grace period.
Behavior: Excessive drinking, foul language, or disrespect may end the trip with full charges and potential legal fees.
